"I just wanted to let you know that I found the course really helpful. I have since, taken a day out to review Leonard Cheshire volunteer procuedures and policies. They all make a lot more sense now. I have reviewed my action plan, made on the course, and will be sharing it with my Service Manager tomorrow.
